Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I pay child support and the mother has moved out of the county to williamson, I have moved to Dallas, and she will not abide by the order that states she must meet me to get my children, went to get them for christmas and she would not let me have them. I need to have a judge revise the visitation and enforce the standing order. Would like to have a caseworker for her to drop the children off to that I can pick them up from to avoid her constant confrontation efforts.

You need to file a motion to enforce the possession and access order. She can be put in jail for failing to abide by the order.

You can agree to exchange the child at a police station or firestation.

Good luck!!
