Paying Child Support After Child Is 18 But In College

Is there a law in Texas that will allow the non-custodial parent to keep paying child support to a child that is 18 years of age while as long as they are going to college?

The answer is -- sorry! -- NO!

C.S. ends when the kid either graduates from high school or turns 18, whichever is later.

After that, the parent can "contractually" pay child support but no court can order it.

Or, the parent can pay the child directly on a voluntary basis.
