Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have been paying child support for the past 5 years for my 3 minor children. Recently, my eldest son is now living with me. What are the necessary steps for me to do to make an appeal for reduced payments. Furthermore, my basic hour wage and days at work were greatly reduced for the past 5 months now. My son insisted he stays with me since he feels his mother is not always around for them. Your advise is greatly appreciated and thank you.

You need to file a MODIFICATION.

I am willing to sell you a DIY Modification kit if you think it will be agreed by the mother.

If not, you will need to file and hire an attorney to represent you.
