Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am paying child support for my son and have just found out he does not even live with his mother. What can I do about this and is this considered fraud??

No, it's not fraud.

But you should contact the Attorney General (or a private attorney) and do a motion to redirect the payments to the person who is actually taking care of your son.
