Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i am paying child support for my 16 year old daughter who had a child in 02/12, got married 06/12, and is pregnant with another child. she does not reside with her mother any longer. am i still legally obligated to pay child support for her?

You need to file a motion TODAY to modify your child support order. You shouldn't be paying child support.
