Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Who pays for what

My daughter is separated from her husband. So far,

nothing legal has been done about a divorce. They both

want it. The Husband is,and has been for several

months, borrowing money all over town. They have

been separated for 4 months and have two boys. The

husband doesn't want to pay any child support and has

told her he will pay for her car and all the bills.

My question is: Is she legally responsible for the bills he is making in his name and is Oklahoma a

"community property" state?
