Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

pending divorce

I'm living separate from my husband he hasn't filed for divorce or separation. He is still on the mortgage and refuses to pay any of the bills he did bring a piece of paper with what he was agreeing with over with his signature. Is this legal documentation? I don't know where to start

The note about what he is offering to do is not legally binding on either one of you. It can be made binding by filing suit for divorce and having court orders entered.

I suggest you retain a lawyer - be sure to do so before your financial situation reaches a crisis.
