Perjury in Texas
What is the consequence for a
woman
that lies about being pregnant during
in
her divorce? I have been separated
for a year and a half, we waited 6 months for our day in court and I am
currently 5 weeks pregnant. My
husband moved in with another
woman, I don't feel like I have done
anything wrong, but don't want the
divorce held up any longer. Will I go
to to jail if I lie in court?
