Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Permanent Injunction as to Persons

I just received my divorce decree from my husband. One section states that I cannot have any person I am dating in the home between the hours of 10pm and 8am if the child is home, unless I am married to that person. It also applies to vacationing with a person I am dating. Basically states that for 16 years or until I am married, I cannot have a man spend the night, even if we are engaged. Because the hours stated are hours during which my daughter is asleep, I don't see how this has anything to do with her. Is this standard? Common? Is there a more practical guideline?
