I am an Austin Uncontested Divorce Lawyer.
A final decree of divorce or other order from a court is needed to require formal child support.
You should consult with a local family law attorney for more information.
Good Luck!

To get child support you need a judge to sign a court order.
A person can give you money voluntarily but it's just that -- voluntary.
If you want a meeting with an attorney, I charge $2 per minute to talk. You can email me at [email protected] or call me at 713-847-6000.
