Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I'd like to know if a person has been has been made a paternal parent in a child support case by default could he contest that decision when he knows for a fact the child is not his.

There is a process where the putative father can contest paternity. You state that the person was made the paternal parent in a child support case, but do not explain how that happened. You should take the child support order to an attorney in your area and explain that you wish to contest paternity. Note that a child born during a marriage is presumed to be a child OF the marriage.
