Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
A person got pulled over for tinted windows, then gets taken in because he missed his court appearance in September because he was incarcerated. During his incarceration his wife called the AG court & explained his no show before the date of court & was told no need to do anything else, everything had been documented. Now that he was pulled over & locked up we find there is no bond set up & no one will talk to us to let us know what they plan on doing or to give us any options. Is there something we can do to get him released?

My guess is that a bond HAS been set.
However, if that's not the case, he can file an application for a writ of habeas corpus, alleging that he's being held illegally.
My guess is that he was picked up for not appearing in Court, in which case there HAS been a bond set, and if he pays the (cash) bond, he's going to lose the money, because they'll apply it to his child support debt.
