Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Is it possible for me to petition the court to change my 60/40 custody agreement to an 80/20?

My ex has worked out of state 8 out of the last 15 months leaving me with 100% custody while he is gone. Our current custody agreement is 60/40. Can I petition the court for an 80/20 split and, if successful, would I also receive more child support?

Our mediated agreement was signed Nov 2010. The divorce was filed with the court Dec 2011.
