How do I petition the court to open my sealed adoption records

I was adopted in 1982 and my records have been sealed in Texas since then. I have medical reasons to find my biological family. I would like to petition the court to have my adoption records opened without any blacking out of names or addresses. How can I do this if I live in Michigan and was adopted in Texas? Please help.
