Petition ot Modify Parent-Child Relationship

Biological father has been in my sons life 10 mos. I have been sued (again). You or your atty must file written answer to District Atty office or default judgment may be taken. Cannot afford atty. I may reply myself...what form do I use? HELP. THANKS!!!!!!!!!!

Contact Houston Volunteer Laywers Program at 713-228-0732. They do a telephone intake and perhaps they will take your case for free.

There is also an attorney in the basement of the Family Law Bldg. at 1115 Congress most mornings that provides a short free consultation.

You can also call Lone Star Legal - I don't know their phone number and see if they would assist you.

Lawyers Referral Service offers fee reduced attorneys for people who qualify at 713-237-9429.
