I have physical custody of my kids, our divorce decree states that my ex get some for weeks of the summer. Who gets to pick which four weeks they go?

It depends on your divorce decree. If your divorce decree contains a plain, standard possession order, then the father gets to pick as long as he picks by April 1 each year. If he does not pick by April 1, then:

(a) If he lives less than 100 miles from the children, then he gets them from July 1 to July 31.

(b) If he lives 100 miles or more from the children, then he gets them from June 15 to July 27.
