Is it to late to get--name removed--post nuptial and if my spouse stops working will i have to pay for his child support to his ex spouse? How can i get my house and my financial 401K separate from my spouse?

You can do a post nuptial if both parties have their own attorneys.
If your spouse quits working, then I guess you will be paying his support.
However, you are not obligated to do this. It is his obligation. It is not your obligation.

Based on what you have written, the purpose of most marital agreements to to give current or prospective spouses the ability to alter their marital property rights without court action. Generally, there are two types of postmaritial agreements - (i) partion/exchange and conversion. Dependent upon which agreement you would be interested in, will determine the scope of the agreement.
