Power of Attorney
If I appoint someone as my Power of Attorney can they represent me in the courtroom and if so what paper work besides the power of attorney form has to be filed with the court stating that this person will be representing me?

A Power of Attorney is for your representation in your personal affairs. Only an attorney licensed to practice law can represent you in the courtroom.
