power of attorney and divorce

Is it possible for me to sign the divorce papers for my husband if I have a general power of attorney for him?

Have honestly never had a similar question, but would presume a serious conflict of interest, and a breach of the fiduciary duty you have as the holder of the power of attorney. May want to retain an attorney to research the issue.
