Re: Power of Attorney
You need a Statutory Durable Power of Attorney.
It is very powerful and should only be used with someone you trust 110%!
The p.o.a. can go to your bank and take all the money out of your account and the bank will NOT be held liable. The person has not committed a crime since that person was appointed voluntarily by you to be your p.o.a.
BE CAREFUL! THIS IS TRULY ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL DOCUMENTS YOU CAN SIGN. YOU BETTER TRUST THE PERSON YOU SELECT MORE THAN 100%
There are copies of it available on-line for free. Go to any search engine and type in Texas Statutory Durable Power of Attorney or Texas Power of Attorney.
Good luck!
