Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I need to get power attorney for my mother. Can I just download a certain form and get it notarize?
Will this stand up in court or do I need to go through a lawyer?

Go to my web site, http://www.powerdaley.com/services/wills-estate-planning/power-of-attorney/free-power-of-attorney-form, and fill out that form. Once you fill the form out, it will generate a power of attorney that you can have notarized and you will be in good shape. Don't worry, we won't call you to try to sell more business. It's just a simple thing that a lot of people need and we make it freely available. A give back thing.
