Power of Attorney

Can a person with Power of Attorney for a woman in nursing home stop the spouse(male) from selling and entering house because of selling of items from inside the house? He is also permitting known felons to enter home.

The spouse may be wasting community property. Might be the basis for a TRO. Talk to an attorney in your area. Good Luck.
