Power of attorney among siblings

I have a mother that suffers from Vascular Dementia and five brothers that say I have no say on what they will or can do with my mom�s estate or medical care. What can I do?

You can file a petition in court to ask the court to determine who is the proper guardian of your mother and her estate.
