power of attorney or time limited gaurdianship
What do i need to give my parents that live in a different state incase my kids have a medical or dental emergancy when they are visiting for just the summer.

You can give them a temporary authorization to obtain medical treatment for your children. This can be done by a letter which identifies each of the children, your parents names and address, and your name and address which states what rights you are granting them. It would be best if you signed it in front of a notary public.
