Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My husband has left the home and now he is returning when I am at work to remove his personal belonging's and tools. He has hinted at asking the courts for half.
If he takes his tools how will I be able to prove the value? Can he keep returning to remove things?

Until you have a court order saying otherwise, he has as much right to his belongings as you do. Hire a lawyer today to get the divorce filed. A temporary hearing will result in temporary orders advising everyone the rules to live by in the interim.
