married to one pregant by someone else,what is tedhe law on this.Is the person married to considered the father

Re: pregant

The law presumes that the husband of the mother is the father of the child.

You will continue to be presumed as the father until or unless you file a "suit to adjudicate paternity" and prove otherwise.

DNA testing is required as evidence that demonstrates that you are not the father of the child or that someone else is the father of the child.
