Pregnancy known before divocre

My divorce was final 9/22/05 in the state of Texas. My ex-wife stated that she was not pregnant at the time of the divorce. I found out today that she is pregnant and was at the time of the divorce. The unborn child is not mine child, but I was told that a divorce could not be granted while she is pregnant. Please advise on this matter. Thank you.

Re: Pregnancy known before divocre

No reason exists for the divorce not to be final. Any questions about the paternity of the child can be resolved at any later time.
