Pregnancy during divorce
I recently discovered I was preg. I filed for divorce 5 months ago and my husband is not the father. can i still finalize the divorce?

Do you have a lawyer? If so, please discuss this with your lawyer. If not, please get one tomorrow. Your current husband will be the presumed father. This needs to be handled in a just way.

The answer is NO! You must have the baby first.
