I am pregnant from a one night stand. He wants me to abort...I want to have it. What are my rights as the mother? What are his rights as the father? Does he have any say so before the child is born?

There is absolutely nothing he can do to make you abort the child. Get away from him. Now that you have the child, all the choices are yours.
