Pregnancy

my ex still thinks im pregnant and im not and now he wants to call me into court to get info about ''the baby'' can he do this if there is no baby? this was just a bad joke gone terribly wrong after a girls night out i have tried to call him and tell him but he doesnt answer the phone so no explination can be told! can i get in trouble for this if it was something my friends and i came up with after he made us mad?

Write him a letter, send it CMRRR. Tell him you are not pregnant. Tell him nothing else. Just that sentence. That's all, and refuse to discuss it further, and don't discuss it with anyone else. If you took any money from him related to this, return it without comment. There is little he can do legally, but if you have custody of any other children with him, he might want to make a big stink about this episode.

The act of your ex is humilating. Write a letter that you are not pregnant and tell him that the life of friendship, association and or matrimonial always run on trust and understanding and in that there is no space & treatment for the doubt. You have not disclosed the information whether he filed any case in the court or whether is there any agreement between you and your ex.
