Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

i really dont know

ok i got pregnant when i was 14 and my babeis dady is 18 i turned 15 in febuary he wants to live with me to help my mom support me and the baby and my moms ok with it but my grandma said she asked someone about it and they said that we couldnt live together or spend the night together and if we did that my mom and him would go to jail and i would get takin away to child protective services and its breaking his heart im now 7 months pregnant and he is so sad about every thing i just wanted to ask a lawyer if this is true

The crime of statutory rape has already been committed. It's just out there waiting for someone to prosecute. That someone would be your parents. If you were married, then the crime would be cured by the marriage. Your mother would have to give permission for you to be married. Good Luck.

You really need to consult with a criminal attorney first and foremost about whether your sexual relationship presents any criminal issues. I don't believe it does because your ages are close enough together. A criminal attorney, however, will have a better idea.

Unless there is something else going on that you haven't revealed in your question, I don't see why CPS would get involved.
