ok so i am pregnant and due on aug,12 but the father of my child is not willing to take a dna test, i have talked to his parents when i was 6 months pregnant and they told me that he is steral and cant have kids, they said he was tested when he was first born, is that even possable? but they said they will take a dna test when the baby is born, so when i tried to get there number they told me i can just call kennedy (babys daddy) but when i tried to call him, to update him on where were at in the pregnantcy his number was changed, so now i have no way of getting ahold of him,,, what do i do?

Since he has decided to be uncooperative, you will need to go through the courts to establish his paternity. Retain an attorney to file the petition establishing paternity, followed by a Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship, to establish conservatorship, child support and possession and access.
