okay i have a friend who is having a baby at 14 and her boyfriend is 20 and he is there at the hospital with her and sign the paper saying he is the father will he get into trouble will he go to jail or anything since she approved and her parents approve

You need to talk to a criminal lawyer. This is statutory rape since the girl is so young. A 14 yr. old cannot give consent.
