Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

so i got pregnant when i was 16 and my mom had convinced me to give her my baby.and while i was pregnant i had changed my mind and the 9 months i was prego i tried to tell her atleast 6 times but all of them she ended up very violent i am 19 now and still try to move out with my son i have not signed any papers so here is the question can i still move out with out her trying to take my son

I think you're telling me that the child has never been the subject of any court orders.

If that's the case, you can pack up and leave (with your child) any time you like.

There's nothing to prevent your mother from subsequently filing something with the court, perhaps for some kind of court-ordered access.
