If a pregnant person text the father of the baby at 2 months and told him her mother was fighting her now she is 8 months can he use this to take the baby and put the girls mother in jail

I'm not really sure what you are asking.

Jail is a criminal matter that is handled by the District Attorney's office. The District Attorney's office represents the taxpayers of Harris County.

If you want to sue someone in family court, you certainly can sue them You would be suing them personally. In civil court, however, you cannot put them in jail.

A text message is not necessarily "proof" that is admissable in court.
