I am pregnant in Texas and my husband has accepted paternity. Can he divorce me?
My husband has already retained an attorney. The attorney has already filed paperwork with the court and myb husband has said to me that his attorney has told him that now that the paperwork has been filed I will be getting a subpoena and served to go to court. I am not in agreement to this divorce.

You will not receive a SUBPOENA. You will be SERVED with divorce papers. If you don't do anything, then he can file a DEFAULT DIVORCE without any further communication from him or the court.
I recommend that you file an ANSWER after you are served contesting the divorce. I sell these forms for $25.
He can file for divorce now but the divorce will not be granted until the baby is born. You need to include this information in your answer in order to notify the court that you are pregnant.
In Texas, if he wants a divorce, it will eventually be granted.
