Prenub Declatory Judgement Action
Once both parties endorse Prenub Agreement, is there a court type action (maybe in front of a judge) to add validity / strength to the Prenub....maybe something like a Declatory Judgement Action?? Have contacted County and District Clerk offices with no success. This is a DYI prenub due to limited assets now but substantial upon my retirement in 10-yrs. Prenub is to protect Pension and 401K Plans for my children and new spouses retirement accounts from previous marriage.

No court is going to "approve" your agreement. If it doesn't work out, either party can sue for enforcement, presuming the DIY agreement is effective. Most of them are not. Good Luck.

Yes, you can do a declaratory judgment action on a prenuptial agreement.
I strongly advise you to consult an attorney about your prenuptial agreement because they are very technical.
