prenup agreement
after being married for 46 years my wife passed away I did remarry but did not think of getting a prenup agreement signed. this marriage is not working out, the second wife has put nothing into this marriage in fact I have spent thousands of dollars on her medical, auto and house bills if we divorce is she intalled to 50% even though I had everything prior to getting married to her

This is not completely correct. Courts look at several types of property.
Husband's sole managing separate property
Wife's sole managing separate property
joint managing community property
etc
so as long as you can trace your funds you shouldnt have an issue, do you have a local attorney?

Your question involves a number of issues. As a general proposition, whatever you owned prior to marriage is your separate property and will not be divided by the court. But, there are things about the type of property you are talking about, and how your property has been handled, paid for, and mixed that may give rise to claims on your wife's behalf.
