prenupital agreement filing
Do we need to file a prenupital agreement in the county which we reside in. Can we use this agreement to purchase real property in this state and another state if we purchase it as married sole and seperate, male or female
in the Deed of Trust,Note and Warranty Deed

Most prenuptial agreement (along with the post-nuptial agreement) are NOT filed in the county records. Why? Because then anyone can look at them.
You need to talk to your realtor and/or real estate attorney about what you want to do.
I know an attorney in Houston, TX that bought land in Houston & she was married. However, it was purchased with her separate funds and her husband's name did not appear on the ownership of the land.
If you are purchasing in another state, then you need to know that state's real estate laws.
