Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have primary custody of two daughters age 3 and 4. My 4 year old has been determined that she needs eyeglasses. Her dad will not let her wear them with him which is putting her eyecare way behind. The doctor has written a letter to the dad explaining why it is important for her to wear them all the time. Her eyesight will only grow weaker as the muscles in her eyes become overstrained trying to see. This can cause her to have two lazy eyes. Is there anything I can do legally to get him to allow her to wear them. He tells our daughter that I am crazy and that they should just twist them up. This is what my 4 year old is telling me he says.

Go back to court and get the court to order the proper administration of meds, including eyeglasses. If he doesn't comply he could face restricted visitation or contempt.
