Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have primary custody of my grandson, and want to know if he has cub scout activities scheduled and it is scheduled on his mothers weekend , and she chooses not to bring him, if I can intervene and take him. Also, she tries to switch weekends if his cub scouts interferes with her weekend and she does not want to take him. For instance, she is going away on vacation on her weekend, and wants to get him the following weekend. She is always saying IF she gets out of work on time she can do it.

Read your court order. Mom is not required to take anybody to Cub Scout activities.

Nor are you required to agree to "switch weekends" with her. Just say "no."
