primary custody
home study was done several months ago. i was written down as '' should be awarded primary custody''.....but during temp. hearing other parent was given temp. primary and me just visitation until final hearing.
during temp hearing other parent was found to be caugth in several lies 11 times...and associating with drug user ( proof was given )
nothing bad was proven about me.
i am a devoted parent....
so why do i have to go thru another home study before final hearing ?????
and what are the possibilities of me awarded primary at final
hearing ?????

This is not a question that can be answered here.
If you have an attorney, you should be asking him or her these things. If you don't have an attorney, you need one! You cannot hope to represent yourself effectively in a contested custody case.
