Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have primary physical custody of my children and their mother gets visitations weekends, school breaks, etc. She recently was arrested for meth drug charges and now her/their home has been forclosed. Do I have to allow visitation if she has no home or if I do not know where they will be staying from one day to the next or one visit to the next?

The better practice would be to immediately get the court to modify the possession schedule. When you file for the modification, you can get an immediate order if you can show danger to the child.

You should see an attorney to discuss this because the requirements are very specific.

I absolutely agree with the other attorney. I'd be in an attorney's office on Monday!

No attorney will tell you to violate a court order.

You have a crisis & need emergency orders to modify your current situation. Met addiction is to be taken very seriously.

Good luck!
