Prison inmate marriage

My ex-husband and I want to re-marry, he is currently in jail in Winkler County, Texas awaiting transfer to a Texas prison for a 5-year sentence, we don't know where he will be going, but we want to get married again, can we do that while he is in prison, and if so, what do we need to do?

Ray Hill that has the prison radio program on KPFT radio in Houston, Texas on Friday nights. He knows everything there is to know about getting married while one party is in prison.
