Need a Pro- bono Attoney or someone who will take the fees from my husband

I need to get a divorce asap. I have been in a bad relationship which is also an abusive one for the last 4 years. The more I try to work things out the worst it becomes. I am on medications and it make it hard to even go to work. I asked help from advv last time and they told me that I did not qualify this time because he did not hit me in the last 4 months and I was living together in the same house.

I had a part time job at that time and a car note to pay every month along with insurance and gasoline and food, medication, etc. Please help?

Call your local Bar association or contact a legal aid association and ask for assistance. You may want to contact a Law School in your area who may be able to handle your case for no fee or a very low fee. At a minimum, get to a women's shelter (they're listed in the phone book) and get away from your abuser .
