Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If you are Pro Se, and are afforded the same privileges as an actual attorney; can you have a 'co-counsel'?? What would this person be called? And what is the 'law' or statute' or what id it called? to allow this help?

You have a right to represent yourself, but not to have another non-lawyer as co-counsel. There is NO legal right to that.
