Pro se divorce

I decided to do a pro se divorce because we agreed on everything. I already filed the divorce petition and his waiver of appearance. The 60 day waiting period has just passed and I was approved my waiver for inability to pay court costs. Basically, all that is left is the final hearing to have the divorce decree signed. Two days ago my husband asked for another opportunity to make the marriage work. I decided not to withdraw the divorce, but see what happens in the next month or so. If I wait another month to two months, will I be required to finalize the divorce or withdraw the divorce?

You gave no indication of where you are so there is no way to tell what Court you are in and how tight a docket it runs. Check with the court clerk and find out how long the Court allows cases to remain open.
