Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Can I pro se do a [Texas] Deed of Trust to Secure Assumption and if so, what are the steps? Why my former lawyer did not do it, I don't know.

Thank you

Yes, you can do it. I suggest: go to your local County Clerk's office and ask them to make a copy of one that was recently filed (they'll charge you a few dollars). Take it home, and type it into your word processor, and change the names and the property description.
