Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

pro se TX family law

i'm pro se for my SAPCR case. have a previous judgement in FL. i will be filing form 34-1(TX family law practice manual)to start process, do i need any other form along w/ this?? will TX get this info they need from FL or must i initiate this? Also is it standard to ask that transportation costs be split equally among 2 parents if over 100 miles apart? thanks for any help!

I really think you need a good family law attorney. Modifying an out-of-state order is not really a DIYer. I think you are already in over your head.
