Procedure for Serving Respondents

Can you serve respondents in a Notice to Appear for a Hearing for temporary Orders via registered mail? I filed the case as Pro se litigant. Can I call their attorneys and discuss mediation?

You are asking lawyers to teach you how to practice law. Can't do it. These can be complicated proceedings, and you face people that are educated, trained and practiced in the law. You need to hire a lawyer. If you choose not to, you need to go to the courthouse law library and research.
